Meyer Lemon Marmalade

A gorgeous bright gold marmalade with a slightly bitter tang, made from Meyer lemons, a spontaneous cross between true lemons and mandarin oranges. Less acidic than other lemons, their deliciously complex aroma makes them a favorite for use in pastries. Serve this special marmalade with toasted brioche for brunch or at tea time with with currant scones.
