Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Organic strawberries and fresh rhubarb are one of the food matches made in Heaven. The rhubarb adds a layer of complexity and the result is little less sweet than pure strawberry jam. Absolutely luscious spread on warm baguette with a little salted butter, swirled in yogurt, or just eaten right out of the jar.
